Join Us

Our Group is a part of the Ramblers' Association and our walks are listed on the Ramblers' website MWW page and the Ramblers' app.

To join our Group, all you have to do is join the Ramblers' and select "Greater Manchester and High Peak" and "Manchester Weekend Walkers" when prompted.

Membership Benefits

When you've signed up and paid your membership fee, we are notified that you've joined our friendly community.

If you use Facebook, we can let you have details of our "MWW Forum" where members make plans and share photos after walks.

You will also get a number of national benefits, including a glossy colour magazine and valuable discounts in outdoor shops.

Already in the Ramblers'?

If you're already a paying member in another Group in the Ramblers', you are of course welcome to come on all of our walks and most of our events. If you find that we have become your new "main" Group (maybe you've just moved to Manchester) then you can update this in your Ramblers' online account or e-mail the Ramblers' and ask to transfer to Manchester Weekend Walkers(MR40).
